1. What Information We Collect

Non-Personal Information: When you visit or interact with our Site, Aerohik and third parties with whom Aerohik has contracted to provide services to Aerohik may collect your Non-Personal Information (for example, a catalog of the Site pages you have visited ). Non-Personal Information is information that is anonymous and does not personally identify you. Non-Personal Information is generally collected through our Site from four different sources: Internet protocol addresses and web logs; cookies , pixel tags and other similar technologies; and other Non-Personal Information that you voluntarily provide as described below.
i. IP Protocol Addresses and Web Logos: We collect and store your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers, to manage our website, to ensure that you have access to the fastest data service that will provide your connection to the site/application, and to provide you with a personalized experience in terms of the language used and the region from which the Site is accessed during your visits in accordance with your preferences. Our site's web servers automatically collect visitors' Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and log files. Your IP address is an identification number automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). We may also use GIFs ” (collectively, “Pixel Tags”) or similar tools and HTML-formatted email messages. In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (“LPPD”), Users and Members can learn whether their personal data

2. How do we use the information we collect?

On the other hand, consents obtained in accordance with the law before the publication date of the Law shall be deemed to be in compliance with this Law unless a contrary declaration of intent is made within one year.” We would like to state that since Aerohik customers are deemed to have accepted the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy provisions by purchasing services from Aerohik and since there are detailed regulations regarding the provision, processing and transfer of your personal and/or special personal data in our Privacy Policies, you have given us your “lawful consent” regarding your personal and/or special personal data that we obtained and processed before the publication date of the Law. 5. Pre-Approved Options Policy Subject to Your Consent
a. Aerohik Communications: When you provide Aerohik with your Personal Information and with your consent, from time to time, at Aerohik's discretion, we may ask you to indicate whether you are interested in receiving special offers from us regarding the Site, Aerohik and/or our advertisers and partners.
